Q - What sort of background should an ideal franchisee come from?

A - Our franchisees come from widely differing backgrounds - the background is less important than the person. First, a love of music, cinema and using the equipment is very useful as these things are with you everyday. Technical knowledge is an advantage but not essential as full training is given to you and your staff. The ability to mix and converse with customers is essential, a business sense would be most welcome and some computer knowledge would make life easier.

Q - How would I find suitable premises?

A - With our experience we will handle this for you and negotiate the lease to your best advantage.

Q - How would I know what stock to buy?

A - Again this is all taken care of - we supply a Core Stock Profile which is constantly updated to take into account model changes and advances in technology.

Q - What about staff?

A - We will help in your staff recruitment and our advertising in this area is ongoing. Staff will be fully trained and visit many of our key suppliers on a regular basis. We regard good staff training as absolutely paramount.

Q - Do you operate an EPOS system?

A - Yes we use a well-known company specialising in modern retail systems to give you all the controls you need to run an efficient profitable business. For those who are not ‘accounts minded’ and would prefer to develop their business from the sales side, the appointment of a part time bookkeeper for VAT etc. is all that is required.
